The Reciprocating pump KP60 was designed for a broad range of applications in the area of liquid handling. The pump is designed around the patented maintenance-free CYBERGEAR® synchronous belt differential, which ensures the optimum transfer of power from the optically controlled DC servo motor to the piston in the syringe.The pump can actuated by Interface RS485 or RS232 and realised by complex instructions automated pipetting, diluting and distribution functions. The pump is equipped with a 3/2-way valve and can be fitted with different syringes. This extremely compact model stands out by virtue of its low pulsation and quiet running characteristics. The pump can provide extremely low flow rates and it can be combined with the CapStation, the SpeedSampler or the Mini-Sampler platform.

The SpeedSampler enables the rapid sampling of fractions, solutions from MTPs, Deep well plates, HPLC cells and other containers. The xrz kinematic system in the standard configuration, which is operated via servo motors and therefore highly dynamic, covers the working area of four microplates in an extremely compact space. The temperature in each of the four individual stations can be individually controlled. The extension arm is equipped with a sensor system that uses the joining force of the needle to differentiate between the septa and base of containers. This function can be used, for example, to determine whether containers are missing or to detect different septa and septa levels. The tray can be configured to suit specific applications and its footprint is equivalent to that of a single MTP. The trays are placed directly on the stations. With the SpeedSampler, you have the option of expanding the stations in the longitudinal plane as required or scaling back the system to function as a simple fraction collector without a z-stroke.

The Speed Fraction Collector is an OEM module for rapid collecting liquids from microplates, deep-well plates, HPLC cells and other containers. The module is like the SpeedSampler without a z-stroke, for cost sensitive applications.
The xr kinematic system in the standard configuration, which is operated via servo motors and therefore highly dynamic, covers the working area of four microplates in an extremely compact size. Same options as with the SpeedSampler are possible. The tray can be configured to suit specific applications and its footprint is equivalent to a single microplate. The trays are placed directly on the stations. The module is shown without all the trays in the working area to give an impression how easy it is to mount the unit in a housing.
As an option it is possible to expand the stations in the longitudinal plane. Here we offer a cost-saving module for rapid fraction collecting.

Mini-Pipetting platform | Liquid handling

 

The Mini-Pipetting platform is the logical evolution of the Mini-Sampler platform. Equipped with high-quality motors and precise guidance systems, the platform can now be used in a significantly expanded range of applications. The kinematic system can be equipped with an extremely precise single-channel piston dosing system. The volume and the tips are specifically configured to suit the required task. A tip with a volume of 250 μl is supplied as standard. The tips are on the tray provided and automatically grasped and deposited. The tray can be fitted with a variety of containers or slides (tubes, MTPs, biochips, HPLC cells) according to the task to be performed. Freely to be programmed can the repipetting, producing or mixing of fluids using all types of pipetting media according to the specific task required.

Developed as an all-purpose xyz robot platform, this extremely compact kinematic system can be equipped with a variety of pipettes, grippers and sensors. The separation of the drive axes into the xz and y planes (for example, positioning a tray to accept one equipped as an MTP) optimises the process of loading and unloading the device. Developers of biotechnical, medical or chemical devices can therefore combine their expertise with this well proven Mini-Sampler platform to secure rapid market entry for their products. The use of a maintenance-free patented synchronous belt drive and stationary servo motors also ensures extremely smooth running characteristics and industrial reliability. In combination with the reciprocating pump KP60 the kinematic system can be easily upgraded to become a Mini-Sampler platform. The system is equipped to accommodate a dosing needle along with sensory detection of the container base.
